Warranty Program

Torque Converters

Each torque converter we sell is backed by our performance warranty. Level 1, 2 and 3 truck/diesel units come with a one-year unlimited mileage warranty. Our level 4 diesel units come with a two-year unlimited mileage warranty, while our level 5 diesel units come with a three-year unlimited mileage warranty. Our level 1, 2, 3 and 4 car converters come with a one-year unlimited mileage warranty. Our stage 5 lockup converters feature a two- year unlimited mileage warranty! And all 8″ race converters have a one-year unlimited mileage warranty.

Valve Bodies

Revmax Performance valve bodies feature a one-year unlimited mileage warranty. Electrical items included on some of our valve bodies such as sensors, solenoids and wiring harnesses, have a 90 day warranty.

Transmissions

Revmax Performance transmissions feature a two-year unlimited mileage warranty. Input, Output and Intermediate Shafts ARE NOT COVERED against breakage! Customer is responsible for all costs associated with damage caused by broken shafts. Shaft breakage is considered abuse and is NOT warrantied under any circumstances!

All warranties are non-transferable and do not cover abuse to the item. This includes any unit used in excess of our stated power ratings. Also the use of a trans-brake or Nitrous on any of our converter is not authorized unless the appropriate upgrades are purchased. Some of our items may also need additional upgrades as deemed suited by RevMax in order to be installed in some applications. If the recommended upgrades are not purchased and the unit fails due to the non upgraded parts, the respective warranty will be voided.

Warranty does not include labor for the removal or installation of any product, including defective items excluding full transmission sales and the MAXIMIMUM allowable labor reimbursement is $750 per R&R for the first year. The RevMax warranty does not cover any costs associated with a failure or defective item, including but not limited to the following: downtime, rental car, labor, storage fees, fluids, towing charges, travel costs and consequential damage to the transmission or driveline.

Any defective item must be sent back to RevMax, freight prepaid, and upon receipt will be inspected for damage. RevMax will at its sole discretion either repair or replace the defective item.

RevMax Return Policy

Once ordered and shipped, RevMaxwill not accept items for return unless listed below. Any items attempting to be returned must have an RMA number clearly written on the outside of the box. Any item sent bad<to RevMax without an RMA will be returned to the sender.

  • New, Unused, Dry Rebuild kits are available to be returned for a refund, less a 20% restocking fee and shipping costs.
  • Valve bodies are NOT returnable for a refund.
  • Torque Converters are NOT returnable for a refund.
  • Transmissions are NOT returnable for a refund.
  • Electronics are not returnable for a refund.
  • Any items must be returned within 1O days of receipt
  • Parts must be returned in the condition in which you received them
  • Parts must be unaltered, dry, and clean

Return Guidelines:

  1. Complete the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form sent to you by Our sales rep and include the reason for return
  2. Affix the pre-paid shipping label to the package
  3. Drop off the package at a UPS facility or UPS drop box within 10 days of receipt
  4. RMA form must be Inside of box or the shipment will be rejected
